To begin tracking your products in TIPWeb-IT district specific data elements need to be created. As you create the required data management areas within TIPWeb-IT, it is suggested to add as much information in the optional fields as possible. The following should be created in the order listed:
Create required application data elements
Catalog Screen
Suggested product management elements
(i.e. Areas, Manufacturers, Vendors, Funding Types, and Charge Types)
Suggested product management elements
(i.e. Images and Accessories)
Print Product Catalog, if desired
Sites Screen
Print Tags, if applicable
Create required site data elements
Rooms Screen
Suggested data management elements (i.e. Room Types)
Create Rooms
Initialize the products to rooms at each site
