Limit Permissions for a Site User

Only Administrative Administrators can limit access rights to site level individuals. Restrictive permissions can be set for the following areas: Tags, Catalog, Purchasing, Rooms, Site Transfers, Staff, and Students. The default for site level individuals is to allow all available permissions.

Limit Permissions per Site Level Individual

Click on Users under Management Quick Links.
Search for the desired site level individual.
Click on Manage User Permissions, located on the user’s row. This opens the Modify Permissions window.
Select the desired Permission Template or Select/Deselect the desired permission settings for the individual.
Click on Save.

NOTE:

If permissions have been restricted, the respective site level individual will commonly see a grayed out navigation icon or the feature will be hidden from their view. Mousing over the grayed out icon displays the phrase "Disabled by System Administrator."
