Other Data Overview

Other Data consists of three sections.  They are:

Vendor/Publisher

Vendor/Publisher allows you to:

1. • Create a list of vendors from whom instructional materials are purchased

   • Link materials to the respective vendor/publisher

   • Store vendor/publisher specific contact names and information

Courses

Courses allows you to:

1. • Review all courses and their respective enrollment information (imported into TIPWeb-IM every 24 hours on average)

   • Edit, and/or create book-course relationships (this ties the enrollment to an ISBN and allows for the calculation of eligibility numbers)

View Archives

View Archives allows you to:

1. • Search for Consumable (a material type) distribution histories to campuses archived through the Closing process
