Product Types

Product Types is defined as the description of the different types or groups of products. For example, you may want to include a product type of laptop, calculator, desktop, white board, cell phone, etc...

Add a Product Type

1. Click on , located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Product Types under Management Quick Links.
   
3. Click on Add Record.
4. Enter the name of the Product Type and provide a Description, if desired.
5. Click on Save.
6. Click on to close the Product Types window.
   

Note:

After adding a new Product Type, you can then edit it to add custom fields.
