Catalog Reports

Catalog is the area of TIPWeb-IT where Products reside.    

View Product Catalog

This report provides a complete listing of products their images and barcodes.  The barcodes make initializing products to rooms much easier.  The Product Catalog is available in PDF format.

  1. Click on , located on the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Catalog Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Catalog's blue grid header.
  3. Select Product Catalog under the --- PDF --- menu subcategory.  The View Report window opens.
  4. If desired, filter the catalog further using the More Filters drop down menu within the View Report window.

    (Example: To only display untagged allowed products in the catalog report, select Allow Untagged in the filter drop down menu, enter "true" into the open text field, and then click GO.)

  5. The Product Catalog will open within a PDF reader.  You may choose to print, save, and/or close the file using the PDF reader's controls.

View Product Listing

This report provides a complete listing of products within TIPWeb-IT.  It has detailed information regarding each product, including Product Number, Product Name, Manufacturer, Model, Product Type, Other #1, Price, Quantity, and Total Value. The Product Listing report is available in XLS format.

  1. Click on , located in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Catalog Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Catalog's blue grid header.
  3. Select Product Listing under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
  4. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Product Listing.xls ...", click on Open.
  5. The Product Report will open within Microsoft Excel.  You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

View Inventory Aging by Product Type

This administrative level report provides Product Type, Site Name, Location Type, Quantity, and Age (which is calculated by the purchase date of the catalog item) for the entire district. The Inventory Aging by Product report is available in XLS format.

  1. Click on , located in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Catalog Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Catalog's blue grid header.
  3. Select Inventory Aging by Product Type under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
  4. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Inventory Aging By Product Type.xls ...", click on Open.
  5. The Inventory Aging by Product report will open within Microsoft Excel.  You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

View Inventory Quantity by Product Type

This administrative level report provides a listing of Product Type, Site Name, and Quantity for the entire district. The Inventory Quantity by Product Type report is available in CSV format.

  1. Click on , located in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Catalog Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Catalog's blue grid header.
  3. Select Inventory Quantity by Product Type under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
  4. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Inventory Quantity by Product Type.xls ...", click on Open.
  5. The Inventory Quantity by Product Type report will open within a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.  You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using the spreadsheet program's controls.

View Inventory Value by Product Type

This administrative level report provides a total value of inventory broken down by Product Type, Site Name, Department, and Quantity for the entire district. The Inventory Value by Product Type report is available in XLS (Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet format. XLS or XLSX files contain rows and columns of cells and each cell can hold a data point.) format.

1.      Click on , located in the top navigation bar.

2.      Click the Please Select Catalog Report… dropdown menu.

3.      Select Inventory Value by Product Type from the ---Excel--- menu subcategory.  

When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Inventory Value by Product Type.xls ...", click on Open.

 

View Missing Inventory Value by Product Type

This administrative level report provides a total value of missing inventory broken down by Product Type, Site Name, Department, and Missing Count for the entire district. The Missing Inventory Value by Product Type report is available in XLS (Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet format. XLS or XLSX files contain rows and columns of cells and each cell can hold a data point.) format.

1.      Click on , located in the top navigation bar.

2.      Click the Pease Select Catalog Report… dropdown menu.

3.      Select Missing Inventory Value by Product Type from the ---Excel--- menu subcategory.  

4.      The Filter Report window opens.

5.      Enter a search beginning date in the Audit Start Date field. Date can be entered manually or by using the interactive Calendar feature.

6.      Enter a search ending date in the Audit End Date field. Date can be entered manually or by using the interactive Calendar feature.

7.   Click on Go.

When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Missing Inventory Value by Product Type.xls ...", click on Open.

 

View Site Inventory Aging by Product

This report provides Product Type, Site Name, Location Type, Quantity, and Age (which is calculated by the purchase date of the catalog item) for the respective site. The Site Inventory Aging by Product report is available in XLS format.

  1. Click on , located in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Catalog Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Catalog's blue grid header.
  3. Select Site Inventory Aging by Product under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
  4. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save Site Inventory Aging By Product.xls ...", click on Open.
  5. The Site Inventory Aging by Product report will open within Microsoft Excel.  You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

NOTE:

If you filter the Catalog's grid before selecting a catalog report, the report will display only the filtered information.

Missing tags must be in a state of Reconciled to be included in the Missing Inventory Value by Product Type report.
