Report Settings allows the administrative level to add information that displays on specific reports.
Collection Receipt
TIPWeb-IT allows the creation of Collection Receipts to confirm the return of items distributed to a student or staff member. Collection Receipts are automatically uploaded to students / staff once they are signed. Digital signatures can be captured. The automatic delivery can be turned off and on. Collection Receipts can be sent to a Tag’s History by selecting the feature under Collection Receipt Upload.
Customizing the Collection Receipt allows administrators to personalize the Collection Receipt by adding a district logo to be included in the body of the Collection Receipt. Administrators can create text specific to both Staff or Students for use in the Collection Receipt.
Hint: Preferred pixel size of logos is 150x100 pixels. Any image below 150 dpi could have pixilation.

1. Click Report Settings under the Management Quick Links. The Manage Report Settings window opens.
2. Click on the Collection Receipt row. The grid expands.
3. In the Collection Receipt Upload section, check or uncheck the box next to Automatically upload signed distribution receipts to student or staff member.
4. In the Collection Receipt Upload section, check or uncheck the box next to Automatically upload signed distribution receipts to the distributed tag.
5. In Collection Receipt Logo section, click Browse to locate saved logo.*
6. Select the logo file name. The logo file name populates in the File Name field.
7. Click Upload Image.
Auto Compliance Report
TIPWeb-IT allows the creation of an Auto Compliance Report that outlines the outcome of an audit and displays on all Audit Compliance Reports.
1. Click Report Settings under the Management Quick Links. The Manage Report Settings window opens.
2. In the Auto Compliance Report Text section, enter information to appear on all Audit Compliance Reports. Use the rich-text editor to customize the text.
3. Click on Save. A
success statement displays the message
“All preference changes have been saved.”

NOTE:
Both the Collection Receipt and the Distribution Receipt can be created at the tag or individual level and can be added manually to staff or student using the Add Attachment feature.
*Having no logo set will result in no image being displayed on the Collection Receipt.
The
recommended image size is 150x100 pixels and all images will attempt to
adjust to that size.
