Missing/Misplaced Communication to District

The district reconciles tag audit results for Missing or Misplaced items.  The site level does not have control on the reconcile process for district created audits.  For this reason, the site can share specific information with the district concerning one or more tags located within Finalized room audits.  The district can utilize these notes when reconciling Missing or Misplaced tags.  

Tag Audit Notes are available to view for both the district view and site view.  However, tags without audit notes do not display the Audit Notes icon.

Add a Note to a Missing or Misplaced Tag

NOTE: This process is only available within Finalized room audits.

  1. Click on , located on the top navigation bar.
  2. Search for the desired site audit.
  3. Click on District Audit Details, located under the Actions column on the audit's row.  This opens the District Audit Details window.
  4. Search for the desired room audit in the status of Finalized.
  5. Click on Audit Details, located under the Actions column on the room audit's row.
  6. Locate the desired Missing or Misplaced tag.
  7. Click on Audit Notes, located under the Actions column on the tag's row.  The Audit Notes window opens.
  8. Enter the desired notes.
  9. Click .  This closes the Audit Notes window.

NOTE:

Once a room audit is in the status of Closed, the Audit Notes is no longer available.
