Only Administrative Administrators can limit access rights to site level individuals. Restrictive permissions can be set for the following areas: Tags, Catalog, Purchasing, Rooms, Site Transfers, Staff, and Students.
Edit Permission Templates for Site Level Users
1. Click on Users under Management Quick Links.
2. Select Permission Templates under the Management Quick Links. The Manage Permission Templates window opens.
3. Click
on Edit, located
on the respective Permission Template row.
4. Update the Permission Template Name as needed.
5. Select/Deselect the desired permission settings for the template.
6. Click on Save.
7. Click
to close window.
Delete Permission Templates for Site Level Users
1. Click on Users under Management Quick Links.
2. Select Permission Templates under the Management Quick Links. The Manage Permission Templates window opens.

Click on Delete, located
on the respective Permission Template row. *
NOTE:
Ensure the correct permission template is selected, it is immediately deleted without retrieval capability.
The
Delete
icon is grayed out when the permission template is assigned to at least
one user. Remove the template from the user to delete.
