Sites is the TIPWeb-IT area allowing district administrators to add the locations (sites) to which you will issue and account for items.
View Distribution Status Report
This report provides administrative users the inventory detail across all sites in PDF format. As long as the count of the sites is above 0, the count will populate in the report.
1. Click
on , located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Please Select Site Report… dropdown menu, located at the top right of the grid.
3. Select Distribution Status Report under the --- PDF --- menu subcategory. . The Filter Report window opens.
4. Select all sites or specific sites by checking appropriates box(es) from Site(s) dropdown menu.
5. Check Include District Summary box, if district summary is desired.
6. Click
on Go.
The View Report window
opens.
7. The Distribution Status Report PDF opens in the View Report window. You can download or print the file using the PDF’s controls.
8. Click

close the View Report window.
9. Click
on
to
close the Filter Report window.
View Distribution Inventory Report
This report provides administrative users a detailed list of tag data across all sites, in PDF format.
1. Click
on , located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Please Select Site Report… dropdown menu, located at the top right of the grid.
3. Select Distribution Inventory Report under the --- PDF --- menu subcategory. . The Filter Report window opens.
4. Select all sites or specific sites by checking appropriates box(es) from Site(s) dropdown menu.
5. Select tag status from Status dropdown menu.
6. Click
on Go.
The View Report window
opens.
7. The Distribution Inventory Report PDF opens in the View Report window. You can download or print the file using the PDF’s controls.

View Fixed Assets Report
This report provides administrative users a detailed list of fixed assets from purchase orders across all sites in PDF format.
1. Click

2. Click on Please Select Site Report… dropdown menu, located at the top right of the grid.
3. Select Fixed Assets Report under the --- PDF --- menu subcategory. . The Filter Report window opens.
4. Select all sites or specific sites by checking appropriates box(es) from Site(s) dropdown menu.
5. Click
on Go.
The View Report window

This report provides site's Site ID, Site Name, Contact, Phone, Site Type, Warehouse indicator and Region.
View Charge Listing Report
This report provides a listing of all assessed charges (satisfied or unsatisfied) across the district. It combines all respective payments for a charge into one Amount Paid field. It includes Site ID, Site Name, Location Type, ID, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Staff Type, Grade, Homeroom, Product, Tag, Charge Type, Description, Charge Notes, Issue Date, Site Name, Charge Amount, Amount Paid, Amount Due, and Satisfied Date.
The Charge Listing report is available in CSV format.

2. Click on Please Select Site Report… dropdown menu, located at the top right of the grid.
3. Select Charge Activity Listing under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory. The Filter Report window opens.
4. Select the desired Charge For from the drop down menu.
5. Select the Issue Date Range from the drop down menu.
6. Select the desired Charge Type from the drop down menu, as needed.
7. Select the Charge Issued from the drop down menu and enter quantity, as needed.
8. Click
on Go.
9. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save SitesStudentChargeActivityListing.csv ...", click on Open.
10. The Charge Listing Report will open within Microsoft Excel. You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

This report provides a listing of the students/staff, their respective charges (satisfied or unsatisfied), and all charge payments (payment, void, or refund) respective to a site. It includes Site Name, Student ID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Grade, Homeroom, Product, Tag, Charge Type, Charge Description, Charge Notes, Issue Date, Charge Amount, Activity Date, Activity Type, Activity Amount, Activity Notes, Activity Recorded By, and Satisfied Date. The Student Charge Activity Listing report is available as a CSV file.
This report provides a listing of the staff members, the items issued to them, and the respective details of those items. This report includes Site ID, Site Name, Staff ID, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Grade, Home Room, Staff Type, Staff Status, Product, Model, Product Type, Suggested Price, Tag, Serial, Asset Type, Parent Tag, Tag Status, Status ID, Status Date, and Status Notes. The Staff Inventory Status report is available in XLS format.

3. Select Staff Inventory Status under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
4. Select the desire Staff Status from the drop down menu.
5. Select the desire Tag Status from the drop down menu.
6. Click Go.
7. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save StaffInventoryStatus.xls ...", click on Open.
8. The Staff Inventory Status report will open within Microsoft Excel. You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's control.
View Transfer Summary Report
This report provides administrative users a detailed list of inventory shipped and received at each site in EXCEL format.
1. Click
on , Sites
located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Please Select Site Report… dropdown menu, located at the top right of the grid.
3. Select Transfer Summary Report under the --- EXCEL --- menu subcategory. The Filter Report window opens.
4. Select the drop down arrow to specify the Date Range of the report.
5. The Transfer Summary Report will open as a download within Microsoft Excel. You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

Report window.
If you filter the Sites' grid before selecting a report on the Sites' Report Drop Down Menu, the respective report will display only the filtered information.
If users are assigned to only certain departments, they will only be able to view the statistics for those departments.
The Distribution Status Report does not include tags that are archived or with a total count of “0.”.
The Distribution Inventory Report does not included tags that are archived.
The Fixed Assets Report does not include tags that were brought in from a room initialization or archived, and only lists tags from Purchase Orders.
