Saving Attachments to Student-Staff Records
Captured
Collection and Distribution receipts are automatically added as a pdf
attachment found under the Attachments tab for the corresponding Student/Staff
member. Other
documents can also be manually added.
- Select Staff
or Students from
the top navigation bar.

A
grid with staff/student names opens.
- Click name of desired student
or staff member. The row expands revealing the Inventory
tab.
- Click the
Attachments tab.

- Click
Add
Attachment. The Add Attachment window will open.

- Click Browse
to locate the desired file. Click on the file name.
- Click Open to add file.
- In the Add
Attachment window, enter text pertaining to the attachment in
Notes box.
- Click
Save.
NOTE:
To open any
added attachment, click on file name.
Notes
have a 500 character limit restriction.
Files are restricted to a single
1MB or less file.
