Saving Attachments to Student-Staff Records

Captured Collection and Distribution receipts are automatically added as a pdf attachment found under the Attachments tab for the corresponding Student/Staff member.  Other documents can also be manually added.

    1. Select Staff or Students from the top navigation bar.  

  

    A grid with staff/student names opens.

    1. Click name of desired student or staff member. The row expands revealing the Inventory tab.
    2. Click the Attachments tab.

    1. Click Add Attachment. The Add Attachment window will open.

    1. Click Browse to locate the desired file. Click on the file name.
    2. Click Open to add file.
    3. In the Add Attachment window, enter text pertaining to the attachment in Notes box.
    4. Click  Save.


NOTE:

To open any added attachment, click on file name.

Notes have a 500 character limit restriction.

Files are restricted to a single 1MB or less file.
