Receive Transfer to Rooms

Tagged items can be received to the warehouse’s containers or rooms. After the transfer status is changed to Delivered, the destination site’s Home page notifies the respective user(s) of a transfer ready to be received.

Receive Tagged Transfer Items to a Room

  1. Click on Receive Transfer under Quick Links Tools.  This opens the Receive Transfer window.

  2. Scan/enter the Transfer Number located on the Transfer Ticket. (or click on Search to find and select the transfer).

  3. Under the Tagged Inventory section, select Room in the Receive To field.

  4. Click on Search to select the desired room in the Room field.

  5. Using the Status field’s drop down menu, select the Status of the item(s) being received.

Available - assigns item to the room for the purpose of later issuing it to an individual or another room.  

In Use - assigns item to the room with a status of “in use”, making it unavailable to issue to a staff member.

  1. Scan or enter the Tag Number into the Tag field.  

  2. Click   to exit the Receive Transfer screen.
