Purchase Orders Show Closed Items

The Purchasing Grid now shows only open purchase orders. Closed purchase orders are hidden from the grid and will only show when the Show Closed box is selected.

Closed means that tags can still be received against the purchase order, but no additional items can be added to it.

1.     Click on the top navigation bar. The Purchasing grid loads.

2.     Click the      box. The screen refreshes.

3.     Select Closed from the drop down menu under Status. The screen refreshes and shows the closed purchase orders.

NOTE:

After exiting out of the Purchasing screen, the Show Closed box will revert back to unchecked.
