Staff are the employees within a site to which an item is issued.
This report provides Staff ID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and a respective barcode based on the staff member's ID number. The Staff Barcode IDs Report is available in PDF format.
View Inventory Due Date Listing Report
This report provides a listing of staff with overdue items. It includes Staff ID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Grade, Phone, E-mail, Product Name, Tag, and Due Date. The Inventory Due Date Listing report is available in XLS (Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet format. XLS or XLSX files contain rows and columns of cells and each cell can hold a data point.) format.
1. Click on , located in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Staff Report Drop Down Menu, located above the Staff’s blue grid header.
3. Select Inventory Due Date Listing under the --- Excel --- menu subcategory.
4. When the message appears asking "Do you want to open or save InventoryDueDateListing.xls ...", click on Open.
5. The Inventory Due Date Listing report will open within Microsoft Excel. You may choose to search, filter, sort, delete, save, and/or close the file using Excel's controls.

This report includes Site Name, Staff ID, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Grade, Home Room, Staff Type, Product, Model, Product Type, Suggested Price, Tag, Serial, Status, Status Date, and Status Notes. The Staff Inventory Status report is available in XLS format.
If you filter the Staff's grid before selecting a staff report, the report will display only the filtered information.
