Audit Management is the primary screen used to manage TIPWeb-IM created audits. A district user can create an audit, view its progress, review the submitted data, edit the submitted counts, verify the audit, print an audit report, and/or delete an audit in the status of new.
· New Audit -
creates new campus audit(s) for selected district tracked ISBNs
· Delete All (located
above the blue header bar) - deletes all audits in the Audit
Management grid in the status of New
· Show Finalized -
displays audits
in the status of Finalized
· Audit Name - displays the name of the district created audit
· Date Created - displays the date the district created the audit
· Due Date - displays the date the district requests the campus to audit and submit (if the date has past, the due date will be in red)
· Status - displays the status of the audit (includes: New, In Progress, Submitted, In Review, Verified, and Finalized)
· Edit -
opens the Edit Warehouse Audit Page and allows you to enter and/or
edit your inventory counts per title
· Data Export -
launches the CSV version
of the Warehouse Audit audit
(as
of that moment in time) and allows users to edit, sort, filter, and save
data as desired using a spreadsheet program's tools (such as MS Excel)

Report -
opens the Warehouse Audit Report as of that moment in time
Create Warehouse Audit Page
Warehouse New Audit Page:
· Audit Name - field to enter the name of the warehouse audit
· Due Date - field to enter the date the district requires the auditbe completed
· Notes - field to enter any relevant communication regarding the audit
· Material Types(s) - allows the selection of all or select material types to audit
· SLC Filter – allows the selection of a specific SLC to audit
Edit Warehouse Audit Page
· Audit Name - displays the name of the district created audit
· Date Created - displays the date the district created the audit
· Due Date - displays the date the district requests you complete and submit the auditby
· SLC Filter – displays the selection of a specific SLC within the audit
· Submitted Audit Grid:
· ISBN - displays the International Standard Book Number (generally a 10 or 13 digit number) of the audited instructional material
· Title - displays the assigned name of the audited instructional material
· SLC (State List Code) - displays the respective state assigned number associated with the ISBN
· Publisher - name of the company which publishes the respective instructional material
· Bin Location - displays the various bins the ISBN is located in
· Storage - displays the expected inventory quantity located within the warehouse
· Quantity - displays the actual inventory quantity located within the warehouse

Submitted Audit Counts -
verifies the district audit
counts
and changes the audit
status
from Submitted or In Review to Verified
- Report -
opens the Campus Audit
Report
as of that moment in time (optional filter displays losses only or overages
only)
- Add Counts can be added individually or by entering several
at a time
- Edit - located on
each ISBN's row and opens the count for the respective ISBN to allow for
district changes in the submitted count (+ or -)

Delete -
deletes the respective ISBN from the confirmed counts list (ISBN will
not be removed from the audit, will be moved back up to unconfirmed counts)
