Reset Course Enrollments allows the current enrollment and max enrollment counts for students and teachers to be reset to zero.
BEST PRACTICE: Use these features at the end or at the beginning of a school year. This should be done right before school starts to verify the enrollment counts reflect the current year enrollment counts (used in decision making regarding district instructional materials vendor orders).
Reset Current Course Enrollments feature resets all current course enrollments for all campuses to zero.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on Reset Course Enrollments, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Reset Course Enrollments page.
Verify the Reset Current Course Enrollments for All Courses at All Campuses is selected (this is the default selection).
Click on Go.
The following message appears:
"This action will reset all current enrollments to 0 for all campuses. Do you want to proceed?"
Click OK. A success statement appears.
Click OK. This returns you to the Tools page.
Reset Max Course Enrollments feature resets all max course enrollments for all campuses to zero.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on Reset Course Enrollments, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Reset Course Enrollments page.
Verify the Reset Max Course Enrollments for All Courses at All Campuses is selected (this is the default selection).
Click on Go.
The following message appears:
"This action will reset all max enrollments to 0 for all campuses. Do you want to proceed?"
Click OK. A success statement appears.
Click OK. This returns you to the Tools page.
