District Preferences allows the customizations of TIPWeb-IM to district specific preferred procedures and policies.
Show ID on the Class Roster with Bar Codes Report (Default Setting: Checked) - Unchecked, this will remove the printed number that otherwise would appear below the ID bar codes for student and teacher.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on District Preferences, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Preferences page.
Select the Reports tab.
Select Show ID on the Class Roster with Bar Codes Report.
Click on Save.
Hide Components on Pick Tickets (Default Settings: Unchecked) - If checked, the component piece(s) will not display on the pick ticket with instructional materials.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on District Preferences, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Preferences page.
Select the Reports tab.
Select Hide Components on Pick Tickets.
Click on Save.
Pick Ticket Message (Default Setting: Blank) - Allows a custom message to be created on all pick tickets. This message is limited to 155 characters.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on District Preferences, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Preferences page.
Select the Reports tab.
Update the Pick Ticket Message box with the desired text.
Click on Save.
Forecast Percent (Default Setting: 0) - Allows a percentage to be inserted to increase the eligibility displayed on the District Analysis of Need Percentage Forecast Report. This inflated student course enrollment allows the district to plan for projected instructional material requirements for the next school year.
Click on Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.
Click on District Preferences, located under Global Tools subcategory. This opens the Preferences page.
Select the Reports tab.
Enter the desired forecast percentage in the Forecast Percent field.
Click on Save.
