Change Campus ID Overview

Change ISBN allows the district to edit an existing campus ID to an ID currently not in TIPWeb-IM. Campus IDs must be unique and match the respective campus IDs information imported.  

WARNING: Campus IDs are the way TIPWeb-IM identifies each campus and are usually tied to the daily student information system imports.  Contact Customer Support to verify the new campus ID is aligned to your district's daily imports.  Email us at support@hayessoft.com or call us at 800-495-5993.

Change an Existing ISBN to a new ISBN

  1. Click on toolsIcon.jpg Tools, located on the Navigation Bar.

  2. Click on change.jpg Change Campus ID, located under Global Tools subcategory.  This opens the Change Campus ID window.

  3. Select the campus ID to be changed in the Old Campus ID field using the Old Campus ID drop down menu.

  4. Enter the new ID (currently not in TIPWeb-IM) in the New Campus ID field.

  5. Click on changeStatus.jpg Begin Change Process.

  6. The message "SUCCESS: Campus ID: XXX has been changed to the new Campus ID: XXX" is displayed.

  7. Click on exit.jpg to close the Change Campus ID window.
