Audit Management is the primary screen used to manage TIPWeb-IM created audits. A district user can create an audit, view its progress, review the submitted data, edit the submitted counts, verify the audit, print an audit report, and/or delete an audit in the status of new.
New Audit

creates new campus audit(s) for selected district tracked ISBNs

deletes the respective audit (only available to audits in the status

Campus ID - an alpha and/or numeric campus number (often corresponds with the student management system's campus ID numbers)
Campus Name - name the site/location goes by
Audit Name - displays the name of the district created audit
Date Created - displays the date the district created the audit
Due Date - displays the date the district requests the campus to audit and submit (if the date has past, the due date will be in red)
Date Submitted - displays the date the campus submitted the audit to the district for review
Status - displays the status of the audit (includes: New, In Progress, Submitted, In Review, Verified, and Finalized)
Edit

opens the Edit Campus Audit Page and allows you to enter and/or edit
your inventory counts per title

launches the CSV version
of the Campus Audit Report (as of that moment in time) and allows
users to edit, sort, filter, and save data as desired using a spreadsheet
program's tools (such as MS Excel)

Notes - field to enter any relevant communication from the district to the respective campuses

Submitted Audit Grid:

located on each ISBN's row and opens the count for the respective
ISBN to allow for district changes in the campus submitted count
(+ or -) and include an optional note regarding the reason for
the edit (note displays on the Campus Audit Report)
ISBN - displays the International Standard Book Number (generally a 10 or 13 digit number) of the audited instructional material
Title - displays the assigned name of the audited instructional material
SLC (State List Code) - displays the respective state assigned number associated with the ISBN
Publisher - name of the company which publishes the respective instructional material
Inventory - displays the total count of the ISBN the district is holding the campus accountable for
Campus Count - displays the quantity the campus reports they have counted and submitted to the district for review
District Count - displays the quantity the district agrees the campus has located during the audit (this count, based on the submitted campus count, can be edited by the district)
